4. Can I Apply for Positions Across Multiple Recruitment Programs Simultaneously?

Yes, cross-program applications are permitted. However, only one application can be under review at a time. Please arrange your application order carefully.

5. How to Apply via Employee Referral?

Contact a current Xiaomi employee to obtain a campus recruitment referral code/link. Complete your application by entering the referral code or clicking the referral link on the application page.

6. Which Positions Require a Written Test?

Written tests are arranged for selected R&D roles based on department requirements. Test notifications will be sent 1–3 days in advance. Please refer to the official notifications you receive via email and SMS.

7. Who to Contact to Reschedule an Interview?

If you are unable to attend your scheduled interview due to force majeure, please contact the person specified in your interview invitation email first to reschedule.If you cannot reach the contact person, send an email to hr-campus@xiaomi.com with the subject line: Full Name + Resume Mobile Number + Issue Description. Our HR team will follow up promptly.

9. How Soon Will I Receive an Offer Call from HR After Passing the Interview?

Post-interview evaluations and offer discussions are subject to the hiring department’s schedule and require internal coordination time. We will contact you immediately once an offer is confirmed. Thank you for your patience.
